Jeff is a seasoned professional having held high profile positions within global organizations with highlights including designing and bringing to market complex In-Flight Entertainment web-based software for Panasonic Avionics, and as a key business development driver at D-Link Systems in the role of National Accounts Manager.

Prior to getting involved in technology Jeff has 19 years of experience in the printing industry as a journeyman printer having roles including Production Manager, Pressman, Graphic Artist, Print Salesman, and Print Broker (anyone still remember what a rubylith is??).

With Jeff's 'early adopter' gadget days going back to the Philip's Ninõ (~1999) and the first Palm Pilot, today Jeff remains an avid iPhone/iPod enthusiast (in additional to ot
her smart-phones such as Blackberry). More recently Jeff's involvement with gadgets included helping spearhead a cutting edge development project connecting iPods and iPhones to commercial aircraft as part of an In-Flight Entertainment system where passengers can enjoy watching or listening to their iPod's media through the in-seat LCD display while their iPod/iPhone charges during flight.
Business Development Experience:
With commercial dealings involving visits to Microsoft in Redmond, WA, and Apple, HP, and Toshiba in California to name a few, Jeff has been involved in many successful high level business development activities with companies known throughout the world.

From Sept 2008-Feb 2009 Jeff was engaged in a consulting role managing commercialization of software products and marketing at a leading international management consulting firm in Denver. This engagement involved:

Product Management
In a prior role as Product Manager at Panasonic Avionics, a leading company within the In-flight Entertainment industry, Jeff was responsible for product implementation and driving commercialization and product development through the entire project life-cycle by managing requirements definition/analysis, solution design, requirements documentation, sales/marketing support and change management.

Projects Jeff was responsible for at Panasonic Avionics for the In-flight Entertainment industry included product management for commercial software applications supporting connectivity of personal electronic devices to commercial aircraft including iPods and iPhones with support for playing and viewing passenger's iPod media (songs, movies, podcasts, photos) while passengers are also charging their iPod while it is connected at the seat within the aircraft.

USB Media Player and iPod In-Flight Entertainment applications at Panasonic.In addition Jeff also managed a software application that delivers near real-time customizable news and weather content to the passenger seat of the aircraft via satellites, and Jeff also provided an Instant Messaging communications platform supporting on-board chat between passengers.

Onboard seat-to-seat instant messaging system.As a Product Manager within the Product Planning group at Panasonic Jeff worked within the framework of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology to create software documentation such as Product Requirements Documents (PRD), Application Requirements Documents (ARD), Market Requirements Documents (MRD), Product Description Documents (PDD), wire-frame designs, use cases, user-interface design, feasibility analysis, product design, usability testing, implementation, evaluation, maintenance, and commercialization. In this role Jeff also supported marketing efforts with product marketing including graphics, screen mock-ups, documentation, customer facing product presentations, sales support, etc.
Marketing and Web Management
In former roles as Marketing Manager at other high-tech companies utilizing traditional and online marketing mediums Jeff managed web content, web design, web development (including database driven websites), online marketing (PPC/SEO/SEM), web analytics, hands-on graphic creation (Photoshop), email marketing campaigns and analytics (using most of the top known email marketing software), print advertising (including ad campaign management and media management with ad insertions), and trade show coordination. In addition to marketing and web management Jeff has held roles of Sales Manager and National Accounts Manager handling sales personnel, lead generation, sales processes, and business development within key accounts.

Web Development and NetSuite
In addition to over 5 years of web development and web design experience using technologies such as PHP/JavaScript/ASP/VB Script/CSS/HTML/DHTML, Jeff has 1 1/2 years of direct experience with NetSuite Web Store Integration (ecommerce). As a Certified NetSuite Consultant (NetSuite Solution Provider), Jeff has experience developing NetSuite templates, forms, and reports using custom fields within a NetSuite product catalog, and he understands some of the idiosyncracies and limitations of the NetSuite platform. Jeff has the ability and experience of developing creative solutions for non-standard problems that exist with NetSuite.
